We expect our guests to uphold these values while on our property. We expect all of our guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner to other guests and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for violence of any kind. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the establishment, at any time, for any reason.

Emerald’s Commitment to Sustainability

Emerald Cocktail Kitchen is committed to sustainable and eco-friendly business practices. 100 % of our glass and serve ware has been purchased second hand – due to this, no two plates or cocktails will look exactly the same. Our team has thrifted the majority of our furniture and fixtures, and have been committed to preserving as much of the original building as possible during construction. Additionally, we engage in the practices of composting and recycling and encourage our guests to be active participants in this practice as well.

Emerald’s Efforts for Increasing Accessibility

We are proud to be ADA-compliant and designed to serve all individuals, of all abilities. Please note that our facility has the following accessibility features: powered elevator serving each floor of the property, wheelchair access, menus available in braille, and all-gender bathrooms.

Per our Open Table reservation system :

Your reservation is for second floor dining. You are welcome to have drinks on the roof before or after but will NOT be able to move your table to the roof. Our roof dining is not full service & we are unable to offer the same experience on the roof. If you choose to move to the roof when you arrive, you will be charged $20/reservation that goes to cover the cost of our team, including server’s gratuity. We may be able to accommodate reservation time changes based on other reservations.

We require a credit card to secure this reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 1 day in advance will be subject to a charge of $10 per person.

We have a 10 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.

Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2; 1 hour 45 minutes for parties of up to 4; 2 hours for parties of up to 6; and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 7+
