“A new spot on Tipperary Hill opened this past Sunday, called Emerald Cocktail Kitchen. It features the first rooftop bar in the City of Syracuse.
The bar offers neighbors three separate floors of a different experience to enjoy, and so far, hundreds have already walked through the doors ready to explore.
After a highly anticipated grand opening, those working at the Emerald Cocktail Kitchen said the first night’s turnout so far has been overwhelming.”
